Great place most employees are nice but some are very disrespectful all I did was ask a question about a bed with a remote and the employee was very hateful acted like she didn't wanna be there she told the manager that I was hateful but I showed nothing but respect and kindness towards the employee I told the manager and she seemed like she didn't care and took the hateful employees side

I absolutely love Aaron's and the employees in Waynesboro, Ms!!! They go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need!! Thank you Lisa Jo,Dave and all the employees I'm missing,i don't know what we'd do without you!! Lisa is always courteous and quick acting with whatever i need or whatever questions i need answered! You guys are amazing!!!!!!!! We will Aaron's customers for life!!

Had a scheduled service, or at least they told us it was scheduled, come to find out we weren't in their planner at all. Had a separate delivery time and they never showed up. Had to cancel our trip because they lied.

The manager is never available to handle business when you need him for assistance to make a household purchase. David set up two appointments for meetings to renew contact and caused me to miss time at work and he was not there
