They don't answer their phones when their customers are calling to make a payment. The phones either go to straight recording or hangs up instantly. It don't make any sense the service is being unprofessional. Any other place of businesses, their customer service rep, would answer their phones to greet customers, politely place them on hold if necessary and proceed with the customers' calls . 😒

Ordered online, then finally product comes in and i had to call since they wouldn't call go in was told something totally different. Whole set up is a lie. Spoke with regional manager he confirmed the online process was a scam. The manger and associate were extremely rude. My advice don't believe anything aarons says. Scam,Scam,Scam

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM!!!!! Talked to an associate named Samuel on yesterday about making a payment on my washer/dryer and it was confirmed. The manager named Keith knocked on my door today to get my units. I literally explained that I spoke to an associate yesterday and made arrangements and he told me I was refusing pick up!!! KEITH said he was off yesterday and that Samuel was off today and they have not spoken. WHO PROBLEM IS THAT?!?! NOT MINE! VERY BAD COMMUNICATION WITHIN COMPANY AND ITS THE CUSTOMERS THAT GETS THE SHORT END OF THE STICK. THE MANAGERS AND WORKERS DO NOT HAVE EVERYTHING TOGETHER IN THIS OFFICE

Horrible place to do business. Got the sectional and found places where the threads wasn't sewed all the way. We asked for another one and they said the would have in a week. We kept calling. Then they said it would be a month. Then they brought a section that was used and wore down. We didn't want that because it wasn't new. Then they said they would have a new one in a week. After a month was over they still didn't have it. We are paying Insurance on it and evidently that isnt working. We waited two months and then stopped paying because we decided we just didn't want it because they didn't send a new one. Different workers called and we told them we didn't want it. Different and same people call for us to pay. We keep telling the same thing, to come and get it. We still have this and they haven't come to get it. We've called manager to. It is a mess there and they don't communicate with each other. This is a huge mess! DONT GO!!!

My wife and I were looking for a good place to get a washer and dryer and couldn’t afford to buy them outright so we came to Aarons to see the prices... we were treated exceptionally well as soon as we walked in the door... these people were very professional and had all the right answers to our questions! We look forward to a lasting relationship with this store their people and the company! Thanks to Matt and his crew we will definitely be back here! Good job and keep up the great work!
