I think a lot of these guys they have been a blessing and understanding ...Mr. Bernard is really a blessing to that company he understands and listen him and Mrs. Pauline are both a blessing to the company..

They are ok until you order something that has to be worked on. I have a few things from them. Most of the time it is ok. But I bought a refrigerator that they brought out and the ice maker didn't work. Took them over two months to replace it. I have two portable ac units that they sell. Neither of them come with the parts you need to make them install properly. And when you complain about it you get told go somewhere else. They do not take the time to do things properly.

Mrs Paula is so sweet, she's very dedicated, she goes above and beyond to make sure your happy and your getting what you want!! The guys that bring the stuff out is great to.. very friendly!!! And have no problems answering any question you may have!
