i needed tires ASAP and Yonna got me in and out in less than a hour with 4 NEW tires!! make sure to ask for her. she was very nice an helped with everything i needed
Went there for the first time for a low tire, possible flat repair. I have a 2023 hyundai santa cruise with only 23000 miles on it. First I was told I needed 4 new tires and when asked if I would like to look at them, sure, 6/32 of tread left. I don't need tires. Okay next please fix my tire. Sir you need a new tire it's been rode on flat. This tire has never been rode on flat. When I pulled in I still had 26lbs of air. Please back my truck out. Not very pleased. I have been in the auto service industry for over 30 years and I am presently an auto claims adjuster for one of the nations largest companies. The front staff that I met were very pleasant and did a great job.
Jessica, the manager, and her entire team did an outstanding job replacing and mounting my tire. Their professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service made the experience stress-free. The level of care and attention I received will definitely have me returning for any future tire needs. Highly recommended!
Had a horrible experience today with the collection person Ashlynn she text me earlier which I got she then called me I explained to her that I knew I had a payment due today I was already on my way there she was very rude on the phone once I got there I explained to her that you would have thought my account was extremely behind she became upset and said I’m just doing my job and I will continue to call and text you and kept being rude to me I then ask to speak to the manager she came in Then Ashlynn said to the manager Jessica you can deal with her because I’m not going to so I then once again proceeded to say I have a day grace period which is today why am I being harassed every time my payment is due then manager then gets rude with me as well I ask for the corporate number she says well nobody is there on the weekend for you to talk to I said fine I will be making a report on Monday this store collection department and management are so unprofessional and customers have no clue what is going on I’ve read a lot of negative reviews I will definitely be paying my account off with them and never doing business again
