Customer reviews
Exceptional customer service. The front desk service was great. I didn't know what tires to get but the young man was able to guide me in the right direction according to the prior tires. It was an extremely windy day - and my car wheel was as wobbly like never before - I got so nervous and called the shop - they immediately told me to pull over and wait for one of their technicians to make sure none of the lug nuts were loose! I was more than relieved - not knowing how I was going to get back with this weird steering situation - I don’t know if it was the wind or a tire - but they immediately made me feel safe and taken care of! THANKS GUYS! They worked after hours, in traffic, on a hot afternoon to make sure I was safe. That kind of customer service is invaluable!
I went on for what I thought would be a simple tire balance to stop the front end from shaking. Turns out I needed 2 new front tires. Now it drives like a dream!! Great service from start to finish!! I highly recommend PTW. TIP: Get there early, this place stays busy.
We came in to have new tires put all the way around our vehicle on June 19th. The tire technician, Justin Pruitt, did a great job and was very efficient. This is the second time we’ve use PTW and we will definitely come back for all of our tire needs.
Didn’t know there was a mobile repair service! PTW mobile team took care of one of our trucks when we needed! Glad they were available to help! It wasnt the cheapest, but they were there in less then 30 mins with a new tire to throw on.
I will NEVER use PTW again. Four new tires and new brakes yesterday. $2400. Now to be on the side of the road in Florida and having to get a tow from the middle of nowhere. All the bolts on the front driver side are snapped. You’re so lucky my family and I aren’t injured from your careless of our vehicle. Your mechanic snapped our lug nuts and bolts. Two separate mechanics in Florida later have both said the same thing. YOU SCREWED UP OUR TRUCK!
