TJ is a sorry “manager” he is unprofessional childish. He’s gonna say the wrong thing to the wrong person one day
Very respectful & from my experience they will work with you just got a washer from them and when I say I was late on my payment they decided to let me make 2 payments
Will not work with you if you happen to be late and only reason I was late is because they pull out of your account around 5:30am. Check didn’t hit my account until 8 then switched me to monthly payments and had to pay the full month. Told them to come get it and they just said ok no trying or anything. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!!!! And this was my second try with them
I have had nothing but trouble out of them. They let this one lady who I’ve been told is the finance manager or something call people. SHE IS RUDE! Then they tell my husband that we can pay 2 payments next week. (Note: our bill was supposed to be due the 15th. We are supposed to pay monthly. They take payments every 2 weeks!) Anyway this incredibly rude lady calls to inform me even though we have an agreed arrangement to pay THIS COMING UP WEDNESDAY that it will no longer happen. I don’t feel like you should be allowed to make an agreement then decide “ummm never mind”. So unless you wanna be screwed over go literally anywhere else!
Shatonjral did a phenomenal job helping me setup and furnish my new home and a reasonable price. She was extremely helpful and hospitable. Definitely recommend her for all your needs. Don’t feel discouraged, she’ll make it happen🤙🏾
Awesome staff with a whole new store after renovations. Must see new merchandise.
