The Manager was very unprofessional would not help his employee with a problem we was having sat in the other room watched TV and ate popeye's chicken was very rude
Horrible customer service the sales manager hung up in my face because I was told my merchandise would be delivered bye a certain time and Brittany the sales manager hung up in my face refused to answer any calls after that. I am still waiting on my stuff to be delivered it's 3 hours past the time agreed upon. I took off work early to meet the delivery person and I am still waiting, 3 hours later. Highly, HIGHLY do not recommend

Unprofessional staff. After we paid for our item it was supposed to be delivered but on delivery day we were told we were not home but I was outside all day waiting then they claimed I had to show the driver proof of residency. We told them to just give us our money back and we ended up having to wait 2 days got several lies told to us throughout the whole encounter. Never again will we do business with them again

The staff is amazing and they goes above and beyond for their customers. Felica Livingston has a heart of gold and will help you in anyway that she can. The rest of the staff is the same as well. I would recommend for everyone that needs furniture or appliances to go check them out.🥰🥰

They are very rude. I paid my stuff off early and have paperwork. I took a guy the paperwork, but they are still trying to say I did not pay it off. Then, where is my money I paid and why do I have paperwork. They act like their mistakes are my fault. I will NOT shop there again.
