I love this place! All my electronics work good. Customer service is always the best. Thanks Sam and Markia for always making my experience excellent. If you pay your bill there will not be issues people!!! Just pay the bill sheesh!!!

One of your employees was extremely rude and unprofessional. I don’t remember his name, but he is a short, dark-skinned man. They entered my home without my permission, which made me very uncomfortable and had to get my locks changed They acted as if my home was their property acted like they couldn’t wait till i got home ! I was also lied to about them “working with me.” After missing one payment, I was harassed nonstop—banging on my door like the police. That behavior was completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Life happens, and the payment was going to be made. Instead of understanding, I was treated terribly. My experience with Rent-A-Center was horrible, and I would rather buy furniture with cash than ever rent from this company again. I do not recommend them.

I was approved online made the down payment they then wanted references in person. Wanted to call them then wanted mt husband to sign off on it. They have been calling me for the last 3 months since I was approved I finally get something with them and then they do this?

Went in the store ask do they finance iPad and ask could I see if I could get approve the black lady told me no she wasn’t checking anything lol I pay for what I want at any store weekly monthly or however
