Always fantastic n flexible. Kaila was always on top of it with the customer service. If I was going to be late on a payment they were ok as long as I communicated it to them. Something happened to the washer once and they were on top of it to fix it
Honestly, I'm a tough sell on a 5 star review, but this is one of the better rent to owns I've worked with. This store specifically is great! Everyone's very professional and nice. They seem to have the right people in the right places, and for the guff this ownership method gets it's honestly not ridiculous. Some places would literally be trying to finance 1 thing for what I'm renting 3 things for per month. Decent deal. Obviously, nothing's better than buying outright, but if you "ain't got it like that", you can go get it like this. Lolol.
