ABSOLUTELY THEE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD lackadaisical staff dishonest management selling “new” products that literally don’t work make promises and hold to none of them! Offered to replace it when I came to return it and then was not only not there to replace like she said left no instructions with the “staff” to assist when she knew she was leaving just horrible. All the apologies in the world and no ACTION. don’t bother
I have only used Rent-A-Center for its Amazon Counter, so I can't really say much about its main business. Therefore, my star rating is for their Amazon Counter ONLY. Regarding their Amazon Counter, the staff is helpful, courteous, and fast. In a few seconds, I have my package and am on my way. Regarding their rental business, they seem to have a reasonable selection of large appliances, furniture, and TVs. Their rental staff is the same as their Amazon counter staff. They have on-site parking. The business is on a major thoroughfare which I believe is 4 or more lanes in each direction.
Lazy, unhelpful staff. Was returning items thru them from Amazon When we gave them the QR codes. Employee said "We ain't amazon" and acted as it was impossible for her to accept them unless they were attached to the specific orders. Refused to try and resolve or help figure it out. Was just told figure it out and bring them back we arent amazon. Incredibly rude older woman who probably shouldnt be in customer service.

My delivery was terrible, my fridge was damaged by the people delivering and no one even made an attempt to make it right. The staff that delivered were confrontational and rude. I will never get anything from them again.
Spoke to a nice lady after submitting an order online... told I'd be contacted later on that day! Since then i've been ignored and my account been deleted..was told they believe in second chances but i guess that was to get me off the phone! Wouldn't recommend if thats how they treat people!
