Lazy, unhelpful staff. Was returning items thru them from Amazon When we gave them the QR codes. Employee said "We ain't amazon" and acted as it was impossible for her to accept them unless they were attached to the specific orders. Refused to try and resolve or help figure it out. Was just told figure it out and bring them back we arent amazon. Incredibly rude older woman who probably shouldnt be in customer service.

My delivery was terrible, my fridge was damaged by the people delivering and no one even made an attempt to make it right. The staff that delivered were confrontational and rude. I will never get anything from them again.

Spoke to a nice lady after submitting an order online... told I'd be contacted later on that day! Since then i've been ignored and my account been deleted..was told they believe in second chances but i guess that was to get me off the phone! Wouldn't recommend if thats how they treat people!

The manager at the Inkster location is amazing! She goes above and beyond and will make sure you are well taken care of while still doing her job professionally! Highly recommend visiting her store.
