Just got denied for a laptop because I couldn't produce a utility bill on the spot. I guess tmobile isn't good enough. I filled out there online stuff and received a call saying just come in and sign we have the laptop here. They didn't. My wife makes 70000 a year and I make 80000 a year. We have purchased 10000 with of crap from them. I just wanted to get a laptop today and that (I thought) rac would be the easiest way to do that. I will never use them again. Got denied by some kid that makes a quarter what I make. I'll just stick with progressive leasing. You can get whatever you want from almost any store and they don't make you produce a bunch of paperwork, or give them the names and phone numbers of you friends and family. Rent a center feels more like an invitation of privacy then anything else. I guess they're are just for extremely poor people that don't mind feeling like they're going to a loan shark. Reply to the reply: Doesn't do any good to call the help number. They're not going to not ask for the information of my friends and family. They're not going to not ask for copies of all my bills. They're still going to use loan shark tactics. They just want to put some kind of response so to every person reading my review. It looks like they tried to resolve the issue.
My tv I purchased 2 years ago died. I knew I wasn't going to purchase another none name brand. I decided to go to Rent A Center to purchase a name brand Smart TV. They always treat me right when I can't afford to purchase something out right. Thank you! The TV is perfect. We love it.

I went in the Walker store on Alpine a few weeks ago a half hour before they closed, I was greeted right away by Joey and he was more than happy to show me the bedroom furniture I was interested in. He made me feel extremely comfortable and answered all my questions. I ended up getting that bedroom set and scheduled a delivery. I received my new furniture yesterday and the guys that delivered it were AMAZING!!! Extremely polite and friendly, got to my house right at the scheduled time and went To work! I recommend everyone go to the Walker Alpine store for all their furniture needs!!!
The manager is amazing! She really helped me. I do see though that the 50% off everything was not only online or certain products. If I would’ve went through the whole process online I would’ve had the 50% on the couch I selected.
Our sales guy was amazing. He was able to get us the products we wanted for the price we set. He gave us a great bundle deal on quite a few items, saving us a ton of money and time having to shop around. Even though they didn't have all of the products in their store, he was able to get them for us from another store. Delivery time was very reasonable and they even set up the furniture for me!
