It took them and hour to even help us because she kept taking phone calls over helping us , then for her to say she will call us over the phone and confirm everything she never called They’re unorganized. They didn’t want to rent to us I don’t wanna say it’s a race thing but it felt like it. They was playing around about how long it will take to get a washer and dryer I’ve found it myself in the same day at a different location when she says she couldn’t find no one ladies made a comment about my children I didn’t like at all because the moved the pillows around on 2 couches.
7 last night they call me and this girl sounds like she is not knowledgeable. She calls me a different last name and starts asking when I’m going to make a payment. I told her two weeks ago I changed my payment information and that my payment comes out on Saturday. She puts me on hold for like the third time and then comes back and says oh yeah your enrolled in easy pay and it’s for tomorrow, Saturday. I ask to speak with manager and he is very rude even though he says it’s their mistake. I asked she couldn’t look at account before she called on a Friday night? Still thinking of taking item back. Been doing business with this company for many years on and off.

My queen sofa sleeper and recliner are both great and exactly what I wanted. There was a small dent in the frame of the couch, and the guy that delivered it took a picture before bringing it in, sent it to his manager and they are sending someone to fix it, free of charge. And they were the ones that found that small issue and brought it to my attention. Very grateful for their honesty. The online application made it easy and my furniture was delivered within a week.
