Got sold a defect couch my kids kept getting hurt on it I expressed my concerns and it seemed like the only one who truly cared was hasey, but I’m giving the couch back and won’t be using Aaron’s anymore . Was such a disappointing experience for the first time going through Aaron’s

This location it self , the bed side manor is terrible! It took them and hour to even help us because she kept taking phone calls over helping us , then for her to say she will call us over the phone and confirm everything she never called They’re unorganized. They didn’t want to rent to us I don’t wanna say it’s a race thing but it felt like it. They was playing around about how long it will take to get a washer and dryer I’ve found it myself in the same day at a different location when she says she couldn’t find no one ladies made a comment about my children I didn’t like at all because the moved the pillows around on 2 couches.

Had a pretty seamless experience. No confusions, no hassles. Straight forward, I have no complaints. To avoid the leasing charge, I am paying it off same as cash which I am happy they offer for the people that don’t want to pay financing fees. My queen sofa sleeper and recliner are both great and exactly what I wanted. There was a small dent in the frame of the couch, and the guy that delivered it took a picture before bringing it in, sent it to his manager and they are sending someone to fix it, free of charge. And they were the ones that found that small issue and brought it to my attention. Very grateful for their honesty. The online application made it easy and my furniture was delivered within a week.

You can't ask for a better staff. The manager is so friendly and kind.I wish they still could show on your credit report but you want a beautiful home. Come see Chris he is the best!!! Get them all raises they deserve it. Hard working understandable casual staff. My favorite kind of folk.
