I have been a customer of RAC for over 20 years. In big on customer service. If you take care of your business, you will NEVER have an issue. They are like family to me. If I need something, they take care of it. If something is broken, it's replaced. Everyone knows me so again they aren't gonna blow up your phone unless you ignore them and trust they know. Had a pretty seamless experience. No confusions, no hassles. Straight forward, I have no complaints. To avoid the leasing charge, I am paying it off same as cash which I am happy they offer for the people that don’t want to pay financing fees. My queen sofa sleeper and recliner are both great and exactly what I wanted. There was a small dent in the frame of the couch, and the guy that delivered it took a picture before bringing it in, sent it to his manager and they are sending someone to fix it, free of charge. And they were the ones that found that small issue and brought it to my attention. Very grateful for their honesty. The online application made it easy and my furniture was delivered within a week.
