Never and I mean NEVER do your amazon returns through this place. I've only had the misfortune and mistake of venturing into this garbage establishment a couple times for this but I'm at 100% rate of "Item wasn't returned, return your item or it will be charged" on amazons end so they're either failing at their job or stealing stuff. I'll pay the dollar fee to take it down to the UPS store every time. I'd pay the pickup fee if my only other choice is tent-n-begger. I mean rent-a-center. Not sure how or why they are even a drop off point but I would take extreme caution if you want to stay in good graces with amazon customer service. These people will ruin that for you. Not to mention they'll force their advertising on you. You won't leave that building without their flyer in your hand unless you deny it vehemently. Pushy scam artists. Just avoid!

If I could give. A 0 I would I ordered a bedroom set they took my money from my card when told me as long as my 18 yr old was home they would deliver waited Till the day of delivery and said they couldn't deliver. Horrible customer service his name was Jeremy

I have had NOTHING but problems with south haven rent a center. They are ALWAYS extremely rude! I had one of them pull out of my driveway so recklessly he left marks down my whole driveway. When I tell the managers about how rude they are, the managers are just as rude! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are absolutely horrible! I wish I could rate -10!

Highway robbery at its finest. They aren't here to do anything but prey on America's working class. The communication from the store manager is deeply lacking any urgency or understanding. They aren't or to help you in any way, just make a buck off you. You're just a number to them. Don't shop here,
