very helpfull not a big selection
If I could give. A 0 I would I ordered a bedroom set they took my money from my card when told me as long as my 18 yr old was home they would deliver waited Till the day of delivery and said they couldn't deliver. Horrible customer service his name was Jeremy

I have had NOTHING but problems with south haven rent a center. They are ALWAYS extremely rude! I had one of them pull out of my driveway so recklessly he left marks down my whole driveway. When I tell the managers about how rude they are, the managers are just as rude! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! They are absolutely horrible! I wish I could rate -10!

Highway robbery at its finest. They aren't here to do anything but prey on America's working class. The communication from the store manager is deeply lacking any urgency or understanding. They aren't or to help you in any way, just make a buck off you. You're just a number to them. Don't shop here,

I had a couch, refrigerator and washer/dryer through them. I was paying $400+ a month for these items. These last months I have been struggling. The refrigerator and couch was previously owned but still very pricey. The refrigerator had peices missing that I was suppose to get but never did. It's been over a year and my finances aren't where they were when I got the items so I had them come get the refrigerator and couch as I have to move soon anyways and can't take them. Disappointed that I spent all that money with nothing to show for it and went the whole time waiting on peices for the fridge. I lost my main source of income and couldn't keep paying on the items for the time being. Becareful when deciding on what you want to get because if you can't for whatever reason keep up with it you end up with nothing ! But you do get the items needed as you pay. It's a win- lose situation !
