RAC has very unprofessional and belligerent staff. Leaves a nasty taste in my mouth and ruin my day. It’s unbelievably constant and not in a good way. I’ve been a loyal customer of 5yrs with them and am current. I received their coupon in the mail offering a month free on a new agreement and so I came in to use that but was a day or two late so he made me and my husband feel all guilty for having to bend over backwards to extend three weeks free Then after paying off a washer in a dryer, we have we received two more coupons offering another great deal for weeks free on another new agreement as long as it’s a new agreement so we went in and got something else or attempted to and they wouldn’t honor it Unbelievable. Their communication is horrible. They want to yell at you in the store and you’ve done nothing wrong and treat you like you’re a liar They treat you like they don’t trust you… and are demeaning. Cassidy confirmed with me in person the offer 2xover had me running back and forth only to not honor their offer, wasting loads of our time. Extremely frustrating. I’ve been in the banking industry for over 15yrs and cannot remember a time when I’ve run into a worse incident.

These people literally stole $20 from me. Let me order something that was out of stock and discontinued….AND THEN when I called about it, told me I would have to come and get the money lol
