I am currently renting some stuff from this store. Got a brand new couch and loveseat for about a week and noticed The one corner Of the couch would sink when you sat down on it. I called to let them know, they came and got the couch with no issue. until I was informed that I’d have to pay for damages because it was my fault. Well, I don’t think it was my fault. I think it was a defect in the couch itself. I tried to explain this it didn’t work. I am not going to pay for something that I did not break. it’s wrong to accuse somebody of breaking something when you don’t have proof.

Shotara is absolutely amazing! I had been corresponding with her for a little over a month by phone, then once I was ready to place an order I went in person and saw her. She made me feel right at home, explained clearly what the process would look like and how much everything would cost me. The guy who has me sign my paperwork was very nice also, (forgot his name). 😊 I've rented from Aaron's before in Fresno CA a few years ago and a very pleasant experience with them as well. This store might not be for everyone but, they are certainly for me!

My family member purchased some items from this store and went to get a refund after paying cash for the items but hadn’t received the purchase yet and was told they couldn’t received the money back? This is not good business practice. You are telling people you need to make some money before they can get a refund? That shouldn’t have anything to do with you receiving your money back.
