Do not go here for Amazon returns. Female employee not very friendly. They do not provide physical receipts after you make a return. If Rent-A-Center made this agreement with Amazon to gain more business, they are doing it wrong at this location. I will never come back here.

I was in the process of moving and needed to order off of Amazon. This was Listed as a pick up location. After they received the package, I attempted pick up 4 times while they were “open” on different days, the door was always locked. they would answer the phone and then hang up on me. I called customer support and they listen the store as “open” so I filed a complaint. My amazon package sat there for the full time limit until an automatic refund was issued.

Went to this place to return an Amazon order during their business hours and the door was locked. No sign or explanation. Had to get a new QR code and go somewhere more reliable

Horrible experience with this company. I have been living in a hotel for over 6 months, so I don't have any proof of residency. It was not made clear that I would need that before they took my money. I then had to call the store 4 different times to get my order canceled, I was told it would be taken care of every time and never got my money refunded for an order that I wasn't able to receive.

Great customer service and prices. also very empathetic if you have a problem with making a payment. They're very understanding about situations that may come up. As far as making a day or two late payment.

This place is ridiculous Roy the store manager is an absolute joke! I had been in the hospital (for quite sometime) called left messages sent text messages about my condition and what I was going through Roy was very insensitive to the issues I was personally dealing with. Roy is the most rudest person I’ve spoken with and the way he talks to a lady! I sent someone to make my payment for me and it was half of what was owed as it was all the person had and tried to explain they would be back in 3 days to make good on rest of the payment… it wasn’t excepted. Roy is definitely not manager material he does not know how to speak to people and didn’t get the chance to explain some issues I had with my furniture! Roy’s hurting your business and your numbers. I made a call to corporate and will not be referring anyone here at all!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
