Brie and Jacob are phenomenal! I’ve always had a good experience here with them. They’re willing to work with you and go above and beyond to help. I truly appreciate their kindness. Andrew is always nice and goes out of his way to help. I’ve done a lot of business with this location. Alex and the other managers have been great to deal with. Unfortunately I believe Jason is the new manager. I’ve never dealt with someone so rude and disrespectful. As a manager myself I’m pretty disappointed. As of today I will no longer be doing business here and will not purchase anything else.

We have been dealing with this place for almost 2 years for a washer and dryer set. It has to be fixed every month we were told by them they forgot about us gave us rentals to use for the time being, the rentals have been flooding and have caused severe water damage to the floor. They are not helpful what so ever. We still haven’t got our other washer and dryer back after it being 2 months and they don’t work with you they just continue to take a payment out even tho they don’t follow through with fixing our other ones! Terrible customer service the delivery guys are great but everyone in store is not someone you should do business with! Strongly advise NOT to come here!!

Fast friendly and very knowledgeable. Bree, would be the ultimate reason why I choose to quit working with this company. I called in a complaint about my brand new refrigerator not working correctly making noise. Nothing was done about it so the refrigerator picked up the very next month. Alex and Bree thank you for your amazing customer service skills people like you are the reason why I ended my relationship with Rent-A-Center today. Bob, when you get your own store, give me a call

RUN washer dryer set has been FIXED 3xs now and still can't use it they say we are working on it while still calling relentlessly for payment couch and loveseat is cheap and apparently costs 200 a month but doubled when i was in icu and Bob made a deal with wife so now we pay double whatever you do don't use them I can provide you video proof of how cheap and broken everything is

Alex the store manager is a nightmare! I would not recommend going to rent a center in owosso, iv been a customer for over 10 years and they have always helped when needed back then. Now they won't work with u and constantly harass u even when u have already spoken to them. I miss jim the previous store manager, he always helped customers even when they were struggling to make payments He was the Best! They also changed there original agreement they will no longer accept if ur late on a payments, they want everything back. Alex is not a nice person, not professional at all. she will not work with u. I'm being told bc I was 2 days late for a payment I need to make the payment and return the item, when I went in there to get the item I did the $10 deal and that was it. It's not right, customers should have the opportunity to have flexible payments and help when needed. Iv always communicated with them via text especially when I'm working. I'm very upset that my money would go to waste over an item. I'm also being called a liar when they sent me a link on Feb 3rd, I didn't receive it till that Saturday. As listed for the $10 agreement u get 1 week up to (12 days) i haven't even had it a full week. I really wish people would actually commit to what is on the $10 deal. Instead being harassed them blowing ur phone up 24-7 over a payment that can't wait till u get payed. And I'm being told my hands are tied, when it hasn't been 7 days. I really wish this place would go out off business and stop scamming people on overly priced items

Brienna’s communication skills are top notch. She explained everything in such detail that I don’t have any questions. My merchandise was delivered promptly. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Will definitely be a continued customer!!

Would not recommend this company at all. All they will do is gouge you for money and they won't cut you a break no matter what you're going through. My partner was going through a family emergency. We only needed 2 days to keep our mattresses and they refused to work with us and just took our mattresses away this morning December 3rd at 10:31am.... That new female manager is the worst they've ever had... I hope she doesn't ever have a family emergency and has to have somebody try to work with her.... Do not get anything from this company. They will constantly steal from you and disrespect you
