What you can rent here
Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Stores carry furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, gaming, and smartphones on flexible weekly or monthly lease agreements, and like most rent-to-own stores they typically do not require a traditional credit check. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

Customer reviews
I had such a great experience working with Eva! She was so friendly, bubbly, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me get the furniture I wanted. She didn’t stop until I was completely satisfied, and I really appreciated how patient and helpful she was throughout the entire process. If you’re looking for furniture, I definitely recommend asking for her, you won’t be disappointed!
Very good service, friendly staff was able to get what we needed at a affordable price! And great quality product
I must say give credit where credit is beyond due. Angela the store manager has literally turned the store around brilliantly. Her caring passionate assistance along with Eva's expertise as well is mind boggling. Tyler also does a superb job. From handling my situations which has never been easy. I must say I'm quite satisfied and if you are looking to rent anything you come here for guaranteed results. WAY TO GO PEOPLE!!!!!
When I was sent the link from an employee I to submit my documents it clearly started that I can use my bank statement as proof of address but after calling the store they said that's not true which makes no sense what so ever. I live with family I recently moved in with them 6 months ago. My drivers license is registered to the address, I have letters from the government with that address on file, my BANK is on that address, any letter addressed to me is on that address but that's still not enough proof for them for proof of address which is utterly moronic. Dealing with rent a center when it comes to proving a address is worse then trying to prove an address with secretary of state and that should say something. They told me I can have my parents join me as co-renters (which is insane because why would I ever drag my parents into a contractual obligation because you guys have a faulty system) or they said they want me on the lease agreement which at this point it's like talking to a brick wall because I've explained to them multiple times that's not possible. All in all horrible first time experience. If you guys don't want to accept the documents I do have (which is accepted on a federal level) then I guess you guys don't want to earn my business. Hope someone from corporate sees this and understands how moronic this whole situation is.
Run at all costs super over priced and manager is nasty and not professional at all cancelled my order
Great customer service the two lady’s that helped with my agreement was so nice Raven and Angle very pleasant to speak with.
I've been dealing with them for years, always get quality products & the sales associates are great. Always fast delivery and if there's a problem they handle it immediately. Just talked to my new sales associate "Raven" today. Very nice and helpful young lady!
