Every employee in the lapeer store is super helpful and friendly. The store manager Tracey is amazing. I have been going there for years and I will continue to use RAC.

Tracy, Christian, Sara and the others at Rent-A-Center in Lapeer are incredible. I've gotten a couch & loveseat as well as a top of the line washer & dryer and the products very nice. When I had a plumbing issue, they sent 3 people out to check as my landlord was sure the problem was the washer, when in fact, it was the pipes but Rent-A-Center went way above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I cannot recommend this store enough! Definitely top notch customer service.
