What you can rent here

Rent-A-Center is a national rent-to-own chain with 1,948 stores across all 50 states, reaching communities from Lawrence, Massachusetts and Kissimmee, Florida to Harlingen, Texas and Booneville, Mississippi. Launched in 1973 in Wichita, Kansas, it was the first national chain to scale the rent-to-own model, building standardized showrooms stocked with new, name-brand merchandise. Stores carry furniture, appliances, electronics, computers, mattresses, gaming, and smartphones on flexible weekly or monthly lease agreements, and like most rent-to-own stores they typically do not require a traditional credit check. Rent-A-Center holds a 4-star Google rating across more than 152,000 reviews. Compare Rent-A-Center on VRTO alongside other rent-to-own stores near you, with hours, ratings, and what each carries.

Horrible experience. They hung up on me because I questioned the fact that if I hadn’t paid in full I could’ve returned the product but because I had paid it off I can’t. The guy just hung up on me when I said it felt a bit bad business-y. I called back to ask if we had accidentally gotten disconnected or if it was intentional and he let me know that it was intentional. I feel this isn’t the right way to treat a customer who was purely just a bit concerned with a less than satisfactory product and a kind of sketchy return policy.

They can call me at 7:30 in the morning on a Wednesday and leave a voicemail, and want me to call the store back right away, but they don’t open until 10am. Very disrespectful of them, especially since I’ve let them know for the past 4 months now what day it’s going to be paid on & they still haven’t notated my account. I will NEVER use Aaron’s again. Worst costumer service, & service in general.

Literally just don’t go here. They take forever to come out and fix something, will tell you that your “first on the list” and give you a “set time” and then keep pushing it back for hours and hours. Not everyone can put their whole day on hold bc YALL can’t do your jobs! Smh. Do yourself a favor and just go to Aaron’s!

It was a great place when the former manager Jarod was running the show now all I get is spam calls pushing product from Kenzie. If she wasn't so aggressive with her multiple calls I probably would of got a 65inch TV for my husband for Christmas but definitely not after all her spamming. I'll be glad when I get my last two payments made and I don't gotta deal with her anymore

I really don’t know where to start, but if I didn’t have to give them one star, I wouldn’t. The customer service there was horrible. Jordan is his name. Now there’s 2 Jordans that work there one is very professional and the other one which is the tall, Caucasian, bald head dude that is the rudest person I think I have ever met. He doesn’t know how to speak to customers let alone a lady. He was trying to intimidate me and made me feel very low if I couldn’t make a payment on time. He was not understanding or even willing to help me out when I needed. His famous lines were, if you can’t pay, we can arrange to pick up. Smh just rude and once again unprofessional. I would not recommend this store location only would if he was no longer working there.
