Complete trash of a store and the manager Vanessa was rude and ignorant. They had no communication at all but want to catch an attitude when they take over 5 weeks for a small check. This store is garbage and their customer service is horrible. On the phone they claimed they closed my account on the 7th but they actually told me they closed it on February so they are just making shit as they go along. Horrible store and service. Do not rent from them at all.

I walked in. The store itself looked great. I seen a young lady cleaning, she never acknowledged me. I walked around the entire store, never received a "welcome in". Nobody ever approached to ask if I needed anything. There were also people sitting around in the office and they never came out.

Unfortunately I can't comment on the products because I wasn't able to get past the customer service. I came in to get pricing for appliances for my daughter's 1st residence. As I approached the young man working to inquire how the pricing program works; he cut me off to tell me he was confused about what I wanted because the CONTEXT I was using wasn't correct. I paused and reiterated what I'd stated; and he returned with the aforementioned statement. I told him he was being extremely rude, condescending and dismissive; and proceeded to walk out. Hopefully, this review was presented in the right CONTEXT; and the OWNERS and future customers are able to get the message.

Terrible customer service very rude don’t go here it’s a lady in her office who is very unprofessional I will be contacting corporate they didn’t want to do there job just sitting down on the phone e I had to ask for help numerous of time
The only reason this store gets a 2 is because of the store manager Benita, she is the bomb, she really have tried to assist me with my order no matter what. The worker Markee pretends like he is the store manager when he is not. Very rude and disrespectful , this man actually cancels my orders and hangs up in my face because I refuse to deal with him. He is harassing me at this point, because I have especially made it clear that I do not want him to service me. Even the guys who tried to move my first set in stated that they hear complaints about him all the time. This store really needs him gone.

Had a simply bad experience. My order was a washer and dryer.after I put a down payment and gave detailed delivery information the rep here said they would call for a delivery between 3 and 7 I got a call around 6 saying they had 1 delivery ahead of me. It never came. I missed a day of work and all customer service said was sorry. Unless you can take several days off, I'd go with rent a center
