Willie Hale is a very good sales person and explains everything and he is willing to work with you when you can’t make you payment. Alex Titus is a very good sales person and is easy to talk to on the phone and willing to work with you when you can’t make a payment. I think he should be assistant manager.

Very friendly when we went into the store. Made purchasing our couch easy, delivery was fast and they were great with setting up.

We have known and done business with Willie and his employees for several years in Bad Axe. Usually in a time of need. Most recently our refrigerator died and we called Willie to see how he could help. We are in our 70’s and live on Social Security. Willie told us what he had available and within 2 days we were filling our new refrigerator in our kitchen. The new frig is wonderful—best of all—we have 6 months same as cash to pay for it! What a relief! If you find yourself in a similar situation, go see Willie at Continental Rental in Bad Axe. He is helpful and kind as well as very professional. The young men that delivered our new refrigerator were friendly and courteous. They took the time to plug our new appliance in and hook up the new ice maker for us! Each of the appliances we have purchased from Continental are excellent value—accompanied by excellent service from Willie and his well-trained staff.
