I wouldn’t deal with them again or recommend them to anyone! We have a couch that needed to be repaired by them as the rental contract states they will fix damage that was not intentionally done by the renter and was an issue when it was delivered . Still months later nothing has been done! Also if your even a little late on a payment they will harass you with phone calls constantly even if your at work! Not just a friendly reminder. Bad business practices and they don't honor a contract.

Got contract took almost week to get dropped of 10min away machine looks like shit & Idk nope drop off here I'll get into my place.

I’ve been with Aaron’s since 2007 and really there the best Any issues they will work with you late payments they will work with you. I’ve never had no problems with them. They’re the best.

Been a buyer of Aarons on Stafford st. For over ten years. Have had very few issues and satisfied for the most part. I was a buyer of Rent a center before Aarons started because of a need for something and never went back. I'd say that says it all! As long as I stay happy I will remain a buyer of Aarons merchandise. Thanks for keeping me as a customer at Stafford st. Location even tho I moved to Dudley's four yrs ago. Much appreciated. Oh also if anyone would like to know I have furnished& refurnished my home so hasn't just been one or two items purchased. Other then washing machine issue once as well as drier week after paid off I've had no other issues worth complaints.

I swear if they don’t come deliver my stuff tonight. they came earlier way earlier than they were supposed to and instead of an hour heads up it was 5 minutes and they couldn’t wait 15 min they never even waited or came for that matter . And they said they were on there way back never showed … we emptied our room today and gave our child our mattress and got rid of there so now our room is empty…joke P.s. we have cameras they never came at all and now they’re closed
