What to Bring
- Valid photo ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport
- Proof of income — recent pay stub, bank statement, or benefits letter

How It Works
- 1 Browse in store — choose from available furniture, appliances, electronics, and more
- 2 Apply — no traditional credit check at most stores; approval is based on income and residency
- 3 Get approved — many stores offer same-day approval and immediate access to your items
- 4 Delivery or pickup — most stores include free delivery, setup, and ongoing service/maintenance
Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

Honestly should learn some common courtesy and customer service. Yelling at your customers telling them if they can’t pay for their stuff why buy it just because they are a week late on a payment because their check schedule got changed. Then the calling hours if you guys don’t open till 11 am why on earth are you calling someone’s phone at 730 8 in the morning and then calling someone at 830 9 pm . It’s common curiosity not everyone is up that early and you guys are even open at this time so why on earth are you calling that early.
Staff is great caring people that will HELP you. Very timely deliveries and always willing to help once delivered. Yes, they wear masks also. Clean inside and out. Highly recommend. BAM
The place sells junk knock off furniture . I bought a bed from them on Friday the 15th of Feburary and it's now 7:55 am on Saturday the 16th of February. At 6 am at 6am I learned on my side of the bed leaning over to wake my fiancee and the bed frame broke in two. Landing on my ankle and throwing out my back. The bed rails have half inch screws in it in which the slats attach to. The screw were only screwed in one eighth of an inch. Now I need to go to the ER cause my ankle is the size of a load of bread and I've also blow out my back from the bed collapsing on me. I will be having them come to pick this garbage up that's made in Vietnam. I'm am so angry and in excruciating pain. I hope they have insurance so I can go get xrays done. I will never do business with this place again. Oh and one more thing when they delivered my supposedly new furniture my girlfriend took over 15 pictures of scratches and dings and dents of this supposed high quality furniture. The place is a scam with fast talkers who suck you into buying inferior furniture. I strongly recommend you go else where. The salesmen and employees were very nice but I believe that's their job to be that way. I surely hope that they make this right and pay my hospital Bill's because I can't. Now I have to wait till they open so I can call and find out if they can pay for my trip to the ER. This has been a nightmare dealing with these people. Excuses and fast talk is what you will get if u are foolish enough to shop there. Have a nice day. Greg Seigars
This place is very bad. Joe Dejesus doesn't not know how to speak to people at all. He is very disrespectful. He called my mother Inlaw yelling and screaming we did not return a washer and dryer when I have the proof we did he figures out he was wrong and didn't even call to apologize. I do not in any way recommend renting from here. If you don't have a choice go to a different one because Joe doesn't know how to run a business. I hope his corporate offices see this review and he gets reprimanded for it. Horrible absolutely horrible!!
I really like the one on common street. The employee's are awesome they are happy go lucky people and will help you with anything you need even if its a question. You know i could go on and on because they are great my boyfriend and i have been dealing with them for about 3yrs now and we had one problem that really want there fault it was tyre renter before us, thats u get with2nd hand, they had no problem addressing it and solved it right away. Good luck Martin you'll do great and the employees are lucky to have a manager like you
