Very unprofessional !! Store manager is very rude. After placing my order and submitting payment in all verification needed I was left with unanswered questions and by the end of the call I was hung up on 😡 TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE FOLKS WHERE SERVICE IS BETTER AND THE CUSTOMERS ARE APPRECIATED. SARAH SHOULD NOT BE RUNNING THAT STORE FOR YOU RENT-A-CENTER OR REPRESENTING YOUR BRAND IN ANT WAY WITH THAT ATTITUDE. DISAPPOINTED IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT AS OF HOW IM FEELING.

The manager at the Ritchie Hwy location is incredibly rude and hostile. The other employees are very nice. She really needs to learn to talk to people and stop yelling at customers. I fell behind on my payment due to job loss and I've tried telling her that but she's done nothing but yell at me. I tried making a partial payment and was told that is not acceptable. I tried setting up my payments to come out my bank account directly and was told thats not acceptable. She had workers sitting outside my home.

Sandra is amazing! That inquiry in no way was downing anyone was just nervous this close to Xmas this store has been nothing but amazing to me ,Sandra moves heaven and earth and makes me feel like family! Everyone gets a little stress during the holidays! It was an inquiry not a complaint don’t hold that against them they are amazing and hard workers…..

The employees are really nice super understanding and very helpful but the manager herself she is very rude has no respect for her customers. And on a number of occasions, has she gotten ignorant with me they need to replace her with a manager who actually likes doing their job because for someone to be so disrespectful to people who bring money to their store is way out-of-pocket. I’ve worked in retail fast food, and never in my life, and I had somebody be so ignorant to me the way she was.

They are great people and got my whole living room set there. My tv and sound sound and switch as well as my chair sofa and entertainment center.
