*GO FOR YOUR NEXT FURNITURE* I came a cross this RAC & I'm glad I did. Ms. Ashley made sure I get what I was looking for. SHE WORKS WITH YOU TO MAKE SURE YOU THE PROCESS GOES SMOOTH AND TRANSPARENT. She was off for the 2nd order and made sure I get assistance, so Mr. Howard stepped in and he also made sure I was taken care of. Howard provided great options. He fulfilled his promise. Howard and his team at the seventh Street Rent-A-Center are amazing professional polite and when you need something, they get it in right away and they make it easier for what the payments and everything that need to be done. I just love the kindness of their store to where they go above and beyond for their customers that turn into family.

Love this store. Ive purchased many items from this location. Ive been around for some time. Doug was an amazing store manager and now theres Howard. Hes been amazing as well. Can't forget Kevin either. They r awesome and always work with me. I live in Hagerstown and still choose this location to do business with!!!

We had an excellent experience with the 7th Street Rent-A-Center, thanks to Celia Gonzalez. She was incredibly pleasant, professional, and went out of her way to help us find exactly what we needed. Outstanding service—we couldn’t be happier!
My experience in my local Rent A Center store was a great experience, I spoke with the manager Howard Robinson about getting a new TV today. He really went above and beyond to make sure that I was very satisfied with my in-store experience. He was very knowledgeable and polite. I will definitely go back to the store in Frederick, Maryland again for any other purchases I need
