Calls back to back,when you tell them you will give them a call right back. Calls from block numbers. After i pay what i have to i WILL NOT rent again
If I could give something less that a one star !!! I would. Very Unprofessional, and not committed to the service. I would never ever purchase anything else from them.

Good evening I been a customer of RAC since 1982 starting at Capital Heights MD fast forward am still and always be a RCA customer yes there prices are a bit high but the key is too pay off the cash price not rent the full contract out I own all my merchandise and that do to RAC I give them and the staff 5 stars Ray,Kirk,Emmanuel always greeted me and always made sure I had a good experience 😀

Dennis (an employee) tried his best to assist us, but the manager (Kirk) sent us appliances with a missing proper cord. Additionally, our furniture delivery was cancelled AN HOUR before it was supposed to be delivered, and we were then told it would be delivered a full 5 days later. There were other issues, but those were the biggest. Very unprofessional. The management is deplorable. We were going to use RAC to furnish our other bedrooms, but we will be going with another vendor after this experience

I got the furniture a couple months ago and the furniture had a bad smell. I was told numerous times that I would have someone come out and clean it but they never came and this has been about two months. I called to pay my bill today and I get charged a late fee but they never sent anybody to come clean my furniture. I also was told to call back on Thursday so that I can get someone to clean my furniture. What kind of customer service is that where the customer has to call to get merchandise serviced after numerous attempts? This is a big problem and horrible customer service. You can call to make sure I make a payment but cant call to tell me when Im supposed to get my merchandise serviced. Makes absolutely no sense to me. Definitely will be looking for the corporate number to make a complaint asap.
