Rent-A-Center

I’ve paid off in full and on time 4 items through them with one of those ranging at $1600 and I missed a payment 4 days ago and I have them knocking at my door asking what’s going on. They said it’s Matt and then it was the new regional boss. I will not be making any more purchases from rent a center if they come showing up to my door over being 4 days late. Terrible for business and straight harassment of your customers.

We had a freezer failure August 1. I called them at noon and they had a new upright available. We bought it and it was delivered at 4:00 that afternoon saving all the food in our full freezer. Excellent customer service. I will absolutely do business with them again…And they answer their phone. Very difficult to find that these days. Thank you Brewer RentaCenter.

I support a Purple Heart disabled veteran who went to get a laptop through here and the first day everything was approved and took his bank and all his info but said they had a computer issue and to come back the next day. So the next day he went in and they had him sign all the contracts and documents the day before but still had him sign a pick up form the day after when he went to pick it up and then after all this just suddenly decided and said sorry we can't rent to you. Wouldn't give him an actual answer or reason and wouldn't give him paperwork stating it was canceled and wouldn't be charged so we will wait and see if that happens because I have a feeling it will and we're filing a complaint because they took advantage of his disability and treated him very unfair and ignorantly.

Brewer Rent-A-Center you guys are awesome! The last 3 months have been the hardest time my family has ever gone thru financially, mentally and emotionally and every other way you can imagine. Today you treated myself and my husband with such kindness, understanding, compassion as well as dignity & respect you have been more then patient with our account and I just wanted to say Thank You again. I recommend Brewer Rent-A-Center 100% To anyone My family has purchased & paid off a fridge a generator as well as a laptop and almost a phone and we have had quality service every single time.I give them 5 stars not just for being a Great & convenient business but also having The BEST customer service that I have ever personally experienced thru doing business with a company. The number one thing for anyone to remember when dealing with a company like Rent-A-Center is to always keep a open line of communication between yourself and them. Called to get a new item and sometimes my payments are late but it always gets paid and was told I had to pay for awhile and not be late before I could get the item. So I’m gonna pay my items off within next 3 weeks and gonna switch to Aaron’s they never give me a hard time because they know it will be paid. Good buy rent a center.
