I purchased a washer for one of my apartments has been having draining issues the entire time of the warranty. I feel as it should have been replaced after 2 attempts . Unhappy tenants as a result of it still not working properly . I will no longer make any purchases until this is resolved

Bought a washing machine nothing but bad news, usedto have goid luck with rac not anymore I prefer aarons! Had our washer looked at started to work now its back to not working!

These guys provide a great service! Yes, it's expensive but it's worth it, especially for appliances that like to break all the time. If your appliance breaks, they will bring you one to use while they fix yours! That's why I rent to own new appliances here. Nothing is made to last anymore.

Love this place! The 6 months same as cash option is great! I love having Jim figure out how much I have to pay every month so its paid off on the 6th month. Jim and his crew make you feel like every customer is important; and they treat you with respect. In the two years I have been back in this area I have had many pay offs; and I trust they will do right by me. They are pleasant, eager to please, and truly work hard to keep their customers long term customers. I will not do business with anyone else because for service like that; it is worth it by far! The benefits plus is great too! Just having the assurance of having your items insured for a year after your pay off is a nice comfort, plus the monthly payment to do it is small. And it covers everything! I love how I can budget my bills and have nice things in my home. Then, after I am done with one thing I can move on to my next purchase. I own nice things now, and I can list them Rent-A-Center as a credit reference because I pay my bill on time. I just love Rent-A-Center and value my business relationship with Jim and his crew!
