The new management is just completely awful. They judge you upon walking in. Stare at you while you’re talking to someone else. The big guy in the front is the most rude of them all. He has such a disrespectful attitude and is extremely unprofessional. They also make a ton of false promises. Stating they will call you , just to get you out of the store. They will take payment before they verify anything and then end up telling you you’re not approved and make it a head ache to get a refund. Go to Aaron’s across the street. The customer service at the very minimum is way better.

They aren’t how they used to be it’s the 31st and they don’t want to work with us till the 3rd and we’ve been paying on it but we are only 14 days past due this time in the past they would have been working with us so I’ll never go back with them ever again

I loved everyone at the store! They were always so helpful and kind, I’m very pleased with my purchases and would recommend anyone to this store! The managers and employees all were pleasant people and I enjoyed and appreciated them for giving me great deals. ❤️ 10 stars to them all!!

I visited Rent-A-Center to purchase a sectional couch set, and while the store was nice and clean, the temperature inside was unbearably hot. It was so warm that I couldn’t even finish the paperwork because I had my child with me who has seizures, and the heat made it very uncomfortable and concerning. We were literally dripping sweat. Unfortunately, because of this, I wouldn’t feel comfortable coming back to shop here again. I hope they improve their air conditioning for the comfort and safety of their customers. The customer service was awesome, but the heat ran us away.
