The best store in Shreveport!!!! And the manager Mr. Richard is a fair good guy he will work with you. I was down 5 months. He gave wonderful customer service.

I just paid my living room furniture off .. FINALLY !! And I will NEVER .. and I mean NEVER RENT FROM AFFORDABLE AGAIN. RICHARD IS SO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I HAD TO GO TO Texas in December to bury my uncle , and he was worried about a dang payment!!! Before the store even closed. I told him I left cash with my friend and she would make the payment before they closed. He kept harassing me and got upset once he didn’t like what I said !!! Canceled my payments for weekly and put it on biweekly. It’s not like I was late. He wanted the payment then and there

I’ll be glad when Im done with them for good. Richard is very rude and unprofessional. He hangs up in your face when he doesn’t like what you have to say. None of them coordinate necessary information to each other either. Theres no reason I should speak with one person and they ‘claim’ to put the information in your ‘file’ or ‘notes’ yet when you call back. Nobody knows what you’re talking about. Then everybody wants you to speak to Richard. When he’s the worst manager to speak to it. Once Im done with payments I’ll never shop with them or send any family or friends to shop with them.

Store was decent and original gentleman we dealt with was nice but as soon as it became clear we couldn’t do business with them due to delivery issues and timeframes another guy told us we “couldn’t sit around trying to figure out what to do.” They will not be getting my service anytime soon.

I can honestly say I've never had a problem with this company until Richard came in an started running the business I don't know if he dont like colored people but every time I've spoken with him he's never pleasant I do not like speaking with him or his son. The son just works there he don't have no customer service skills at all an Richard does not either for him to be a store manager Chavarea is very nice always helpful I've purchased a furniture group an went back later for the bedroom group I didn't get the mattress with the set that I wanted but was ok because the staff at the time was great it took me a week to get it I slept on a air mattress still ok because of the customer service still to this day don't have the screws to the mirror it's just sitting up there on the dress an Richard has the nerve to be rude I only spoke to him 3 times each time the tone was nasty.. I am a loyal customer an shouldn't have to go through this each time I speak to the store manager. I am a store manager an if one of my customers doesn't agree with our service it's up to me to win them back an change their minds to keep them Richard do not care at all. I always call Chavarea an he's on vacation this week I wish somebody help Richard cause his training in customer service sucks. Every time I've went in that store he doesn't speak. I have been so unhappy with this company since him an his son has come over to that location it's ridiculous I owe 2 payments an is late a week an he doesn't understand nothing you tell him...
