I purchased a new living room set last week from Tityani a sales representative on Mansfield Road she was amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful! Robyn was also helpful until who I assumed who was a manager TRAVIS stepped in and was so rude, disrespectful and embarrassing to Tityani I was EMBARRASSED FOR HIM AND ASHAMED OF HIM!!!! If it weren’t for Tityani and Robyn I ABSOLUTELY WOULD HAVE WENT TO RENT A CENTER!!! He should be fired DEFINITELY NOT MANAGER MATERIAL! You DO NOT DISRESPECT EMPLOYEES IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! Thank you Tiyani and Robyn TRAVIS GOD BLESS YOUR HEART MAYBE TRY PYAYER!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! Very disappointed with my delivery experience at Aaron’s. I purchased a full bedroom set, and during delivery the employee dropped one of the dressers, causing visible damage. I was then told that another dresser was already damaged when it came out of the box, meaning two damaged pieces were delivered. On top of that, my nightstand was not delivered at all. No one mentioned it until I had to call and ask. The only response I received was, “we’ll bring it on the 15th,” with no apology or explanation. This was careless, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating, especially after making a major purchase. I expected better handling, communication, and accountability. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Extremely disappointed. I had been talking back and forth with Derrick about a particular bed...he found one in back stock and said that he had put my name on it. I had called him back about delivering this past Wednesday and he said that the guys are booked up. I fully understand that. I then asked him if he thought that it would fit in my car. He was supposed to measure the box and call me back...which he did not. I went into the store earlier to find out why he didn't call me back and to see if it would fit in my car. Only to find out that the only one in store in back stock had been sold to someone else. Not to mention that he did not put my name on it nor did I receive a call back from him. Again extremely disappointed. I am purchasing an 86 inch tv and a blower/weedeater combo that I will be having them come pick up.

I have made a order online to get a washer and dryer from this specific location when I called to check on my order which have been put in 2 weeks prior I got an email from Aaron's furniture that was stating that my payment was due but I have yet to received my merchandise I tried calling and a woman named Bree kept hanging up in my face and then another lady Ashley or Alana she proceeded to hang up in my face I'm not sure what's going on with this company I am so happy that I'm not already dealing with these people and I highly advise you not to deal with these people because they are very unprofessional and they have no clue of what's going on with the orders that are placed online this happened on the 31st of January I also contact the better Business bureau I advised all of us to contact the better Business bureau

I had an issue and I spoke to Derrick (the manager) today. I have a paralyzed son and Had a situation Derrick was not made aware of. Derrick promised me he would have my son a new bed there today and would deliver it personally and make sure my son was taken care of. Derrick delivered on his promise and not only delivered but was there til after 8:30pm putting the bed together. This mans customer service was above and beyond and his exceptional personality was amazing. Even though it was late and not home with his own family, he made sure mine was taken care of and still had a smile on his face the whole time. This is a man that should be recognized not only for his customer service but for his humanity. Thank you Derrick! You really took respect to another level for me today.
