Customer service is horrible. The only time you hear from them is for money.

I purchased this bed and took the picture from the warehouse. When we picked it up on Monday after them staging it, it had a deep cut on it by the bottom drawer next to the handle which was clearly not there (picture prior to purchase see attached) When I spoke to the manager Charity stated it had been there that's why the bed was discounted even though we were told it was just an old prelease. She said that the picture was a poor quality picture and all sales are final. I would be satisfied with an all sales final if it was in the condition it was sold in when I purchased it prior to staging. They are dishonest an will not get ANY more of my money. I'm glad I found out before I furnished the rest of the house. Go to American Freight they stand by their products.

I just leased my GE washer and dryer from Aaron's yesterday. They just delivered my appliances in less than 24 hours. The delivery men were very nice, professional, and quick. I did a large load of wash and it came out fresh and clean. There was plenty of room in the washer as it is 4.4 cubic feet, and there is no agitator to take up space or ruin my clothes. It operated relatively quiet. It made some clicking sounds when changing cycles. When it spinned, it was louder, but nothing out of the norm. The dryer is quiet. It has many useful settings for whatever fabrics you put in. I am very happy with my choice. My credit score is very poor due to conditions beyond my control. They took a chance with me which I deeply appreciate. The manager and employees were very nice. It was so easy to do the app on their set up computer with privacy screen. When I submitted my info I was approved instantly. The store is beautiful, clean, and very well organized. I will be coming back after I pay off my appliances. I have my eye on a gorgeous white bedroom set! You have to go there and let them help you with your needs!

So every employee that we deal with during making a payment or a concern as far as payment is very nice and super helpful. My only complaint I've had was our furnature got a rip in it shortly after having it home, were told if we needed any repairs during the time we are still making payments they would send someone out to fix it. It's now been a year, we have called multiple times and no one has come to repair it nor has anyone checked/called to see if the repair was done. We keep asking and it's never done, outside of that this shop has been great.

tell you one think over the telephone and lie when you call them back about a payment that was charged to your account. Have been with them for over 5 years but feel I was lied to play for over 7 hours and the problem has not resolved to my satisfaction. After this month is over (april) they can come out here and get this washer/dryer. Love the product but the staff as well as the mangers are nothing but liars and thieves.
