Would rate ZERO stars. Store manager (CHRIS) constantly texts threats with police and canceling contract , tries to get you to go to the store to fight him saying “PULL UP”when they get paid every month and literally spoke to a representative that I would pay payoff balance on the 20th which is in 3 days. Dude is obnoxious, childish, disgusting and shouldn’t even have a job. Affordable will no longer get my business once balance is paid off

Store manager is a vulture. On due date they will call your references before even contacting you. If you need a later date they rather repo the item to make more money off of it. They will give you used items and see for 3 times what the item is worth. They do not care about customer loyalty. Will not replace your items with new items with warranty just will give you a used previous rental. Take your business elsewhere they don’t care and are not for the customers , will never do buisness here again.

I've rented and paid off furniture here before and so I went back. Don't waste your time. Chris is obnoxious, he doesn't care about his customers and is quick to cancel contracts. My husband had a stroke, we had arrangements set. Had husband call because I have the money in the bank and ask if I can pay via bank account number, not only does he talk down to my husband and upset him after what he's been through but had absolutely zero remorse for our situation. Spend your money with people who care about their customers because this isn't it and what's sad is a few years ago, it wasn't this way. They made a mistake hiring him. Lots of business to be lost.

I bought a tv over a year ago. It was a brand new LG tv. When I got it home I could never get it to work with my surround sound. I thought it was not compatible. It was compatible.The tv was broke. It never worked from the day I bought it. The store made an insurance claim on it and they replaced my tv with a used LG tv that was filthy and still had the prior owners names and profiles In it. That tv maybe lasted us three months now it is broke too. No picture. I have half a payment left to have my account paid off and the store is telling me the insurance may not cover it and if they do they will only replace it with a tv of the same value so in other words every time they have replaced my original brand new tv they have down graded me. So this new tv if they replace it will be another used tv of even lesser value. It’s a big damn rip off. Now I have to sit and wait for a week to see if the insurance will even replace the tv. So in other words if you buy something from them and use the insurance once that’s the only time you get to file a claim.if it breaks again they either don’t fix it and you walk away with nothing or you sign another contract and pay another 15 months on another product. But damn they sure took my money today even though I don’t have a tv that works. I don’t recommend this store to anyone. Spend your money somewhere else. Walmart is better than them.

I have been a long time customer of this store. Their service is second to none My account manager Kevin has always done his best since transferring from Lafayette. He always explains where our account is at when my husband comes to pay
