Aaron's has probably got the best employees around now. They are professional and courteous and put their customers first. They also have a great selection of merchandise...something for everyone! 10/10

I was supposed to get my washer today and never got it. Even though I’ve kept in contact with you guys all week long. Waited all day for them to tell me delivery guy is done for the day. They put me on the delivery schedule for today LAST WEEK, just crazy to me. And I called 3 times today she told me they were coming still. Like get it together

Bottom of the barrel. Trashiest employees ive ever dealt with. No training or skill and they canceled my order after waiting for weeks without any information. Kept my money also im STILL WAITING 10/29/2025!!!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would !!!!!Do not get any furniture from this store . The owners and employees will do and say ANYTHING to make a sale . They sold me a couch and love seat for 85 a month and then turned around and started charging my account $150 every two weeks. After speaking with a manager, I was told their employee had lied to me about the original sale price and that the whole store is under NEW management but he told me would honor the $85 a month ..... 2 weeks later they charge my account $150..... Paying $300 a month for a shitty couch and loveseat is CRAZY. The people that work there are rude and dishonest, the NEW MANAGEMENT isn't new at all they just say that after they Make mistakes just to get you to try and not complain I wouldn't even risk getting furniture from Aarons in Winchester KY at all. It has caused an extreme inconvenience for my family and I will never do business with them again. Awful people 🪳 😕

I am writing this review for my elderly mother. I got online and ordered her a couch she had just got out of the hospital with leg issues due to being a diabetic. She needed a couch easy to get up from. Her couch came in on a truck Thursday, they called her and told her it would be delivered that day but it wasn’t! Okay that’s fine but she should’ve been one of the first deliveries on Friday she lives less than 2 miles from the store but again on Friday they didn’t show up. My mom has no couch as she threw hers out Wednesday when they told her hers would be delivered Thursday. No calls letting her know what’s going on nothing!!!
