Huge shout out to Richmond RAC!! We have acquired several pieces of our home from them, and have no regrets. Mike is a charming salesman (Aren't they all. lol), BUT he is also compassionate and helpful. Whether I'm buying something new, or making a payment, or need a repair, MIKE IS THE MAN!!! Teresa is also very kind and helpful, and way cuter!!!, but Mike will always be the man!!! I appreciate y'all so much.
Love this place and the people always willing to work with you and very friendly been with them for many years and have paid off quite a bit of stuff!
We've been using Renter Center for many years now. I highly recommend them. I appreciate all that that have done us. They go out of there to make sure that we are satisfied . The staff that they have working I've known them for years. They are very professional, and very polite. A big thank you to the crew in Richmond ky. Keep doing what you guys are doing.
Do not use I repeat DO NOT USE rent a center I had order a brand new fridge for my brand new trailer and when they were moving the fridge in the tire up a suction of my new flooring. They took pictures and said the manger would be in contact fast forward to 2 weeks later I still hadn’t heard from them so I call and they ask me to come in. So I went in and they absolutely refuse to fix or pay for it to be fixed. We are also pursuing legal actions as I have before and after pictures. They are rude and disrespectful. Please go somewhere else. DO NOT USE. If I could give it negative stars or zero stars I would.
