I rent a table from here. I had called them about a chair that broke when it was knocked over. They explained to me that a replacement chair is not covered under my contract. Completely understood. I decided to keep the table anyway. They called me 2 weeks later to let me know they found a chair and it was ready for pick up! I deeply appreciated them doing this even though they were not required, and it prompted me to put in another order! :)

They were very persistent. I knew I was going to rent here but after I said I was busy and needed time I consistently kept getting texts and emails. It was too much. Other than that the people were nice and helpful

Worst. Place ever I have called for a pick up and it has been changed 3 times called the main office today and waiting on the hear back from the corporate office I moved here from Tennessee. And got behind. On payments and now they want my stuff and trying to change arm and leg and trying to get us to pay more money down on it after we are this far in payments on are stuff and we have more stuff on are account then the store allow And they said if we redo our contract up here in Kentucky that we may lose half of the stuff we got and that’s not rap worst store ever

My daughter bought a bed from this company, paid every payment on time. She got a certificate for 1 month rental. She ask for a good computer to download her games to play. So she went home to find out you can only play games on Microsoft. She called them and ask to switch it. They said if she does they will have to charge her 45 dollars a week and she will lose her certificate. The lady was very rude had a nasty grin and very hateful. The guy was very rude. I couldn't tell which one was the manager because they asked like they was in charge with each other. Beware with this store. We are just keeping the piece of junk computer to fulfill her certificate then we giving it back and going elsewhere. Can't take that lady attitude.
