I have been a customer making regular payments for over 5 years, since I’ve lived in Meade county. On Feb 7, 2026, the store manager left me a voicemail using profanity and degrading language. She also contacted my husband, who is not on my account, which I believe was an inappropriate breach of my privacy. I attempted to resolve this professionally and no longer feel safe continuing my contract under these conditions. This review is to document my experience so others can make an informed decision.

I believe you guys should monitor your employees of this establishement. I only believe calls should only be made to the customers, not filthy text messages saying they can help take care of personal business thats not regarding to picking up payments, furniture, etc. I do have proof of what is being said and I really think you all should clean it up before it gets out of hand. It’s disgusting. This should be the last time someone like me has to write something like this and I will be checking back. Thank you, humbly.

Best-way is the worse place to go and get furniture it’s not about the furniture it’s the workers like the manager doing ilegal stuff when you paid with your card they save it in the system no matter if you tell them not tho. When is time to paid no matter if you have auto paid or not they start pulling money out your card different amounts and no only one time they do it several times i don’t recommend this people at all …OPEN YOUR EYES PEOPLE
