I'm still trying to get a bunk bed for my daughter. After I get that for her and she has a chance to sleep in it for a lil bit I can much more accurately share my thoughts. Thank you

Jalyn was so helpful by phone and so adorable and sweet in the store. Emailed me everything I needed before I came in to look at washing machine so I just had to pay down pymt and give her license and debit card because I chose auto monthly payment. Was very easy and completely stress free. I hate to say I wasn't expecting that but so glad it was so easy. Plus it's being delivered today... A Saturday. Thanks so much rent-a-center and extra thanks to Jalyn. Job very well done.

I paid and reserved a living room sectional plus a living room table and both were gave to someone else who had “reserved them both at the same time as me”. This was my sign not to deal with rent a center as I was wary about doing business with them from the beginning

I was sent a receipt for my order but it had no order number on it. The items aren’t in my cart, but I have no indication of an existing order associated with my account. Associates from the store called me trying to sell me something after I placed the order. I NEVER want to be contacted for help shopping for anything, for the record. Aside from trying to get me to buy something else, they were no help and didn’t seem to see any record of an existing order on their end either. It’s been two days and there’s no further information about my order. This has been an entirely unpleasant experience.

Me and my mother been with there service for year. We love them. They know our whole family by name. They treat us very well. When ever my mom or me need anything fix they come and help. We love lance and jess. Norma & annette
