How It Works

Typically included with rent-to-own agreements:
Free delivery and setup, service and maintenance for the life of the agreement, the option to return items at any time without penalty, and an early purchase option (EPO) to buy the item outright before the lease ends. Rent-to-own is not a loan or credit purchase. Specific terms vary by store.

Ashley and Kenton went above and beyond to make sure i got the perfect couch that was affordable! I couldn’t be happier i will be referring everyone!!!
I learned a valuable lesson after purchasing a washer a dryer on rent to own the washing machine was sent back because it didn't work and when I finally get it back was basically told the drain hose was kinked well bullshit, the washing machine still doesn't work like it should and after numerous phone calls and listening to more bullshit I have decided that since the washer and dryer are paid up until February that I'm not making another payment and they can come get the washer and dryer. I will never do business with them again.
Started shaky but they went above and beyond to make it right I 100% recommend this company!!
Trashiest employees ive ever dealt with. No training or skill and they canceled my order after waiting for weeks without any information. Kept my money also im STILL WAITING 10/29/2025!!!
We were in a hard spot about a year back after some wedding vendors had overcharged us, leading to a near empty bank account and a fraud case that took months to get through. We needed a dryer ASAP because the laundromat in town was not open during hours we could use it, but did not have the money to buy one out of pocket. Bought the cheapest model through this Aaron’s on a $12 payment per week, thinking we could pay it early once we got our finances in order. Come to find out, we cannot pay or lease early but are stuck paying $600 over market value for a basic product because we signed that lease. Before using this business, understand that each lease is written so that you are stuck paying far more than the item you are financing is worth - I wish I would have read our contract better. In December, both of our cards were hacked after our data was accessed in a leak through an old employer’s poor security. We had to report another fraud claim and our cards were locked because they had been being used for large purchases in states we did not live in. We bank with a credit union in my home state of MI as we are moving back there when I finish grad school, and could not receive new cards for weeks due to the slowness of mail carriers in December and not having access to a physical branch to receive them from. We missed our $12 weekly payment only once due to this, and there was nothing we could do about it. 1 day after our 1st missed payment, and after only 2 phone calls, we get a knock on our door from Aaron’s about the dryer we have 70% paid off (already far past it’s market value) - 2 days after Christmas. I had just paid our (overall $40) late charge with the new cards we had just received. It was already unlikely we would ever use this business again, but that really sealed it. Horrible business model that takes advantage of people who probably shouldn’t be buying their products anyway.
