Just had the best service from Desmond! She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect TV. Left feeling like I made a friend. Very clean and happy and friendly environment. Loved it!

I absolutely love this store & how they’ve handled every detail. They have gone above & beyond! Desmond is the absolute sweetest & has help make everything go smoothly. Her manager even fixed morristowns mistakes! Thank you all especially Desmond for helping get what I need, when I need it.

Buyers BEWARE!!!! Always get your agreement printed before leaving. Have bought multiple items and always paid off with in 4 months to do same as cash. Same as cash price is always WAY higher than what was agreed. This last time bought a laptop IN CASH the same day. 24hrs later the screen will not turn on. "They can't do anything about it" same day started a payment plan on a speaker same as cash price was $480 after taxes. 3 weeks later it was 8 hundred and sonething??? Had the guy pick it back up cause no way man. His paper on his clip board said $480 so I took a picture of it. Desktop computer was supposed to be just under 1600 I paid 2200! Xbox series X was supposed to be 800 i paid 1400. All paid off within 4 months. Have NOTHING with them now and haven't for a month and they're still trying to hit me with EZ pay charges. On top of one of their sales associates pulled my information from their store and started adding me on my socials ... ew. Never met or saw him prior to him adding me. Aside from this the sales person I worked with was really nice. I always went through her when I purchased from there and doubt she had anything to do with the BS

I went in Aaron’s 2weeks and 5days ago and ordered a king size bed. They informed me that it could take 1 to maybe 2weeks for my bed to come in. It still has not come in and my first payment will be due in about two weeks. I don’t even have the bed yet and they don’t even know when it’s coming in. They can’t tell me anything. They want to give me a temporary bed. I want the bed I ordered almost three weeks ago. This is ridiculous. I don’t want to play this game with switching beds around. They told me 1 to maybe 2weeks. It’s going on three weeks and they still can’t tell me anything.

Waited four weeks for my merchandise. Was told many times it was coming it was ordered. Had to fill out applications 4 times cause they would lose mine. Was lied to many times `owe we will take care of it' they said. Never did finally they got it right there 5th time. Had a add on the web site first month free. I got a confirmation order saying my first payment would be due a month later. Just to be told the was not honoring the add. Like seriously needs much work on customer satisfaction. So I went to rent-a- center were it literally took me 20 minutes to complete order and they delivered same day. And honored the add.
