(Murray store )Bruh the lady come off so rude to be a supervisor I literally had to record our last call . Literally two days late because they use the wrong card to process the payment and she called to leave me a voicemail with disrespectful suggestions on it for no reason and when I call and say something about it, she started making up. False claims about me. Literally only been late one time because of the bank Didn’t put my money in the right account. I communicated made the payment as soon as the bank fix the issue. I have no problem making my payment, but she comes off so rude and condescending. It makes no sense. Then she always mention her husband in her vacation to Mexico and stuff that has nothing to do with me paying my rent to our stuff. Tomorrow will pay off my couches and I’m just not gonna deal with this type of stuff anymore. I’m literally was talking to explain it. She tried to talk over me and then when she can’t talk over you, she wanna hang up in your face none professional not professional and I’m pretty sure I’m not the only person that experienced this. It seemed like a normal behavior that she used to doing Her. Her workers are probably more afraid of her. She sold me a demo that was on display for a full price as if it was new. I didn’t say nothing about that but when I got to my house, it didn’t even have a software on it and then she tell me it’s a privilege for them to come out and fix it. Like I made all my payments on time since October the one time when I switch my banks up in a situation happen, I had to go through hell because I’m late two days. Stuff happen in people life that they might be late sometimes and she gonna see if you ain’t never late. You never gotta worry about me calling and all kinds of stuff. I am a veteran with PTSD literally even told her this and every time she calls and triggers me which makes no sense. Customer Service is easy. She talk about taking me to court because I’m two days late. Rent A Center ain’t never been this bad. Before you go invest your money, know what you’re getting yourself into she get mad because I returned something that I no longer can use. She get mad cause I returned something that wasn’t working. It’s called Rent A Center for a reason if you able to pay for it you keep it if you ain’t keep it you can bring it back. That’s why it called Rent to own. I make enough a month. My payment is only 115 every two weeks. I’ll never had a problem paying my payment. This one payment I’m late and didn’t even know I was late because I didn’t receive a call that she said it was Given but my phone could’ve been dead or anything. I didn’t receive a call. They didn’t leave a voicemail if I would’ve received it I would’ve told him they was using the wrong card. They have the new card on file that literally has the money on it, but they was using the wrong car for the Payment so I guess that’s my fault as well
So friendly and nice I give them a 100 out of 100 the delivery guy was very nice and polite. When he brought us the washer and dryer he had to go back and get ones that work cause the ones he had the washer did so he went back to the store and made it right and the lady I spoke with over the phone also made it right, I am very well pleased with Rent one
So far so good w/ this company. Product availability was good, product in New condition. Delivery technicians were kind, punctual and professional
