They were very friendly & accommodating when we needed a lift chair. The price was comparable to buying new elsewhere and they delivered quickly. I’ll check with them again when I need something else.

great staff, good variety of items to pick up, and they have good plans on any item you rent. can return at any time, and it won’t look negative on your credit report if you kept up with payments. they even will let you take it back and hold the item for you until you can afford it if you’re in a rough spot. overall just a great experience, and i certainly would come back again!

Everyone at the store was extremely helpful very considerate the guys who delivered the furniture Zeek and Cory where very polite I feel I worked them to death but they still offered to do everything where I didn't have to touch anything unfortunately I didn't take them up on that offer I had some complications with one item so Kelsy another worker came out to help me with it before he went home so all together I was very happy with the experience they all where very pleasent

I wish we could give more than 5 stars!!! We have done business with The Rent A Center London store for many years. They are the friendliest people and treat us with respect and kindness. We always enjoy going in and talking to the staff. They feel like family. The furniture is great quality and we have NEVER had one issue with any product we have purchased from them. FIVE STARS!!!
