I bought a new couch and love seat and loaded the one I had through them and took it to them. They didn’t want to take it back. The manager there accused me of have bed bugs/ roaches cause they was some type of bugs crawling in it. Needless to say I put there couch and loveseat outside for one day and sat it on a tarp and covered it up with a tarp. I guess cause they was some sort of outside bug in my set they refused to take it back. When I called corporate he told them I cussed him out in which I didn’t say one cuss word to him. This is my last time ever going here again. It was the simple fact they didn’t want it back because they still wanted me to pay for it. I had to have someone come out and fix it after they delivered it because it didn’t recline properly. Bad business. The manager Rich is the one that accused me of it all

I have bought and paid off multiple items from you. I bought what was supposed to be a brand new washer and dryer but they didn’t have it in store so they sent me with a temporary one. I never received my brand new one, but I paid the full price. My Washer messed up and they sent me one that I was supposed to keep until they fix my other one that didn’t have an agitator and I wanted mine back that did that I paid for and I wanted my brand new ones that I never got paid those off. Got a living room suit through them $5000 living room suit to be exact. I’m buying a laptop from them that cost $2000. And I just bought a refrigerator that they let me know was used, but they knew it was broken. They had a tech guy come out. He didn’t fix it. He didn’t leave a name a number. He didn’t even ask anything he just left and now it’s still not fixed. I will be going somewhere else to go ahead and get my refrigerator. I tried to call but no one will answer and I think that out of all these reviews people should take action because you don’t sell people something and have them sign a contract saying that it’s working and then it not be working

A lot of these reviews are negative and I honestly cannot understand why. I have had such a great experience. Rich has worked with me so much. & he's very friendly.

I will never return to this place to get anything I rented a used washer and dryer I have been paying on it for almost a year and a half I only had 7 payments left. Money was short this month so I asked if I could pay double next month and they said know and came and got the washer and dryer now I don't have a way to wash my 4 children's clothes. when I have already payed at least 2000 on the used washer and dryer just to lose it because aarons couldn't hold off until my next payment. I will never return to the place.
