I absolutely love this Aaron’s store because they treat you like family. They have worked diligently with me on a few situations, and I’m so very grateful. The employees have gone above and beyond to help me get through when I thought I was going to lose my furniture. I only know a couple names to acknowledge but they’re all great people and employees. Kim (manager, love her!) & Elijah (super nice!)

Went through the whole thing online and was approved. Just needed to set up delivery. Next day I get a phone call needing to verify info for washer and dryer. Get an email saying I was not approved. What the hell kind of business is this? I do not recomend Aarons

I really like these guys. Super down to earth and sweet and understanding the new manager is amazing he took care of me because the sales woman was busy with other customers and that in itself means a lot iv had a lot of jobs so seeing a manager bother to get up from behind his desk makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside and he did a great job! I got exactly what I was looking for and I got it at a better price because that manager was willing to get up and do some work! Not to brush off the sales woman though she was able to swoop in and finish me up after her difficult customers left and was also super sweet and helpful. What was the most amazing and shocking was that when my washer and dryer set came for delivery the friendly manager was there helping the delivery guy! Above and beyond I would say.

I'm dissatisfied that this store does not hold to any online order commitments.. when we ordered it asked if we needed our appliances sooner and gave us a two to three days delivery deal.. it was idea since we just moved in with our newborn and could use the things ordered ASAP. However it will be at least seven days before the store can deliver.. as we will be expected to hold our end of the contract it is not becoming that this business isn't at all concerned with holding theirs.

Worst store experience ever. I was needing a washer and dryer so I decided to go to Aaron’s because I had good experiences with other Aaron’s stores in the past. I placed my order online and it said it will be delivered in 5-7 days. So I waited for someone to contact me to set up a delivery time and date. I decided to call the store. They told me the washer and dryer was delivered to the store but I can’t set up a time for it to be delivered because they are backed up. The associate told me if I needed it sooner I can pick it up. I requested a manager call me back. He took my information and told me a manager would get a hold of me. A week later I hadn’t heard from the manager so I called back. Same deal. Backed up on delivery, I can pick it up. Took my information and promised a manager will call me back. A week later I get a message from Aaron’s telling me my first payment is due. So I called back. They said that I don’t owe the payment then they offered if I pick up the washer and dryer they will knock off the last payment. I declined that offer and told them I don’t have anyone to move it and install it for me. I requested another call back from the manager. After 3 attempts, I still have not heard from the manager. His associate said he’s out trying to collect payments. Today I called to cancel the order and the associate told me they will put in the request but the manager has to do it and he won’t be back until Wednesday because they are at a Managers meeting out of state. Can you believe he is at a manager meeting? She goes on to say their trucks are out of commission because the catalytic converters were stolen off of them! Moral of the story… if you’re thinking of going to Aaron’s, DONT!!! Run in the other direction!! If I could give them a negative star i would. I know after reading the previous reviews, the only reply they will have is to email them. But I really hope this keep you from making the same mistake in trusting this store or any Aaron’s to fulfill their promise.
