The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had!!!! Manager is extremely rude! They lie and steal. We returned a couple items and they took the ones that was supposed to be paid off also! They also called and harassed us daily even after making a pay date. I would not recommend that you use this branch!!! We go through the one in Cynthiana and they are amazing!

Georgetown location has terrible customer service. Lexington locations are much better.
