Great service and quality, unless you allow a child to rent something under your account (one account per mailing address), at which point, it became a nightmare as my account started being sent to my child's name and email, and not to my own.

1 Star because you can't post with out at least one. I did an order online called the store to finish the arrangements and I assume they don't need anymore business This manager has credit qualifications that no other Rent a center uses I was told that I would be called back by the manager and I have never heard from him yet. If you want real customer service do not go here but you can be treated very well if you go to Shelbyville KY and go to American Rental they care and are glad to serve you and that they will.

My dryer is down, waiting for parts. . Instead of lugging wet clothes to the laundromat I called the fellas here. The dryer I wanted wasn't in stock but they went to another store and picked it up within hours. Good group of guys. . Highly recommended.
