I was promised a power tool sit that got aold from under me. And did they offer to make it right or course not. They didn't offer to substitute for another sit of power tools.

⭐ 1 Star – I Feel Like I Was Scammed Me and my wife moved to Frankfort and wanted to purchase a washer and dryer in cash, which Aaron’s advertised. I paid upfront, and within minutes of using it, the unit didn’t work. I checked everything in-store before delivery, so this was frustrating. When I contacted them, a tech came out and admitted they don’t usually do refunds—but said I could get one if I agreed to sign a lease. I never wanted a lease—that defeats the whole point of paying cash. It felt like bait-and-switch. Now I’m stuck in a lease for the $2100 washer/dryer I originally wanted to pay off, and I can’t even get a call back about how to do that or ask about warranty or protection plans. But as soon as a payment is due, they call me nonstop. I’ve received no help—just harassment. No one returns my calls unless they want money. I'm not broke or trying to dodge payments—I just want fair treatment and honest business. I will be returning the items as soon as possible. Lowe's has $450 each for a washer and dryer with the five year warranty i will getting those. I've also been called each month from the sales manager about adding more items to my lease when I never intended to have a lease. Aaron’s, this is not how you do right by coustmers. 👎

I had a great experience with the Frankfort, Ky store. They are very knowledgeable and very polite and helpful. They understood what I needed and very quickly got it in process to get it to me as quickly as possible. The process was easy and I got exactly what I needed and wanted. The staff there are amazing and truly care and help.

Great place been going here to get a lot of my things for years now and I order new and pay it off to buy it. They are very friendly and willing to work with you as well just always be honest with them straight up. Great people working there that made me a very very happy customer 💯💯💯 I am very thankful for all they went through to try to figure a TV stand to fit my tv and to make sure I was happy!! My opinion they go about and beyond and right now is the best time to go in like I said they have absolutely the best people working there right now so go check them out!! Loyal customer😁

The new manager Tiffany is awesome! Xavier, Courtney, and Cheyenne treat customers like family. The store is clean and the delivery/set up process is truly a red carpet experience! A++ rating! Keep up the great work Frankfort!
