Worst place I have ever used they harass you all the time about payments call your work and harass you there even add extra amounts on account

You know I’m going to give them one star because the thing is I continue paying my payment when I was lied to multiple times saying that my online account was not accurate and then they kept on saying that it kept on saying that it was not accurate and I’m like then why have Internet Where you can view your account if it’s not right I feel like it. It’s not the company but it’s the people that works inside the company specially here in Bowling Green and in you know iMessage the manager, and then I told her whoever messaged me. That y’all was gonna come and pick up that stuff and then she long behind told me she didn’t know who that person was even though that I sent a picture message of what that person said and then she said she didn’t know that person, but they called from the same number Like they overcharge on their merchandise, even when you can go to a regular store and buy a whole lot less and get a lifetime warranty on it I feel also like the Bowling Green store is not a good one to deal with because essentially all they know how to do is lie and I’m not saying that to about all the employees. I’m only saying that about a certain one.

Would give 0 stars if I could assumed we moved the merchandise without asking called references and said if I didn't call them I would be arrested and I never moved a single item of there's wouldn't recommend this location others may be better to deal with

I don't have any complaints! They put up with my shenanigans and came through! They were calling me, (but I didn't know that the number was coming up Scam Likely) and was butt hurt because I thought they forgot about me and kicked me to the curb. But Wonder Woman ( Ms. Gwen) sent Batman and Robin (her accounting associates) to my rescue! Shout out to y'all! Thank you 😊! No disrespect intended!

HORRIBLE from the start. When they put together my living room table set, they did it majorly wrong. Told them I did not want it, so they said they'd pick it up, but I had to still pay on it till they came. They came a month later. I got a stackable washer and dryer and they tore my floors and walls up getting it inside. Ordered 2 twin beds, not realizing they didn't come with box springs and the manager of the store said and I quote" do you not know how to read." Obviously I had looked over that, but that is no reason for the manager to be so unprofessional!! Our washer started tearing up so my son looked at it, because well Aarons is super slow doing anything!! Someone had rigged the pressure hose with electrical tape. No wonder my washer didn't last a long time, then said they would fix it, but we had to keep paying till they did fix it and we'd get a call back when it's fixed. It's been well over 2 months and we have yet to get a call back!! The employers will LIE to get what they want and are super unprofessional!! Avoid this place!!!!!
